Digital-Converters (opto coupler
transmitter) for signal level shifting, singal repeating, isolating of Digi-tal-Tacho (encoder) signals.
The Digital-Converters (opto coupler transmitter) are used for signal level shifting (HTL -> TTL, TTL -> HTL), for repeating of signals where trans-mitting over long cables (TTL -> TTL, HTL -> HTL) and for isolating signal cables to avoid the danger of earth loops.
The inputs are isolated from the outputs by opto couplers
with active input current adaption. The outputs are equipped with a line driver IC which delivers normal and inverted signals. The TTL outputs meet the interface standard RS-422.
The Digital-Converters (width 50 mm, height 75 mm,
depth 55 mm, protection class IP 20) are designed to be
installed on standard rails meeting DIN 50 022.
