Multifunction display devices

Series SX units provide two impulse inputs and two auxiliary inputs which can be configured by keypad.
By setting the apropriate mode of operation, they are suitable for the following measuring and control applications:

• Linear or rotational speeds including sign
(direction of rotation), using either the time base
principle for measurement.
• Machine cycles per minute or production speed
(products per hour)
• Processing and baking times (reciprocal speed)
• Speed, calculated from differential time
(i. e. falling rate of a dropping object)
• Timer functions with resolution from milliseconds
to hours (industrial stopwatch)
